Please note: All ramps and additional galleries of the museum are currently closed due to the installation of John Chamberlain: Choices, opening on February 24. The admission price is reduced at this time, and advance tickets are not available.

Q: What is a podcast?
A: A podcast is an online medium, such as audio in an mp3 format, made available by subscription over the internet. Through subscription software such as iTunes (4.9 or later), new podcasts are made available automatically to the subscriber. Guggenheim Museum podcasts can also be downloaded directly from our website.

Q: Do I need an iPod to listen to a podcast?
A: No. You can used any digital audio player to listen to podcasts on your computer. You can also transfer them to a portable digital music player.

Q: How do I subscribe to Guggenheim Museum podcasts?

A: You'll need podcasting software, such as Apple's iTunes (4.9 or later). Open iTunes and select "Advanced" from the menu, then select "Subscribe to Podcasts..." and paste the Guggenheim Museum podcast feed into the dialog box and hit enter.

You may use other podcasting software, such as Microsoft's Zune Marketplace or Mediafly's SyncClient. Please consult your individual software's "Help" section for instructions.
