Art After Dark
is a series of
seasonal
events at the Guggenheim Museum for members and
their
guests,
centered around a special exhibition or program at the
museum.
Once the general public has left for the day, the museum’s
landmark
building
will fill with the sounds of guests enjoying the
exhibitions
and
a cash bar against the background of an artist- or
curator-selected
playlist.
In celebration of the
exhibitions Picasso Black and White, The Deutsche Bank Series at the Guggenheim: Gabriel Orozco: Asterisms, and Now's the Time: Recent Acquisitions, the next
Art After Dark event
will
take place from 9 pm–midnight on Friday, December 7. Enjoy a private view of all exhibitions on view set to a music playlist selected by Guggenheim Collection artist William Cordova.
