This is a shelter to be put up in the height of Hollywood, on top of the Capital Records store. The tower resembles an old record pla yer from the aerial view. This shelter is like the moving reader on the record pla yer. The shelter can rotate around the circular top, thus giving the student a 360 view of Hollywood and Los Angeles.
