A timber shelter, nestled among oak trees, provides space for thinking, relaxing, studying and creating. Horizontal windows open completely, allowing a panoramic view of the saltwater sound for inspiration from the tidal flow of water and active wildlife. Wide overhangs protect the ventilating louvers allowing for airflow even during a rain storm. Selected areas are painted in primary colors providing opposition to the earthy tones visible from the shelter.
