apt was designed around the controllability of human comfort. The structure is consisted of a lightweight concrete fr ame with operable composite fiberglass & polycarbonate panels. The panels are multi-hinged and lightweight, optimal for the user to adjust the amount of natural light, fresh air, privacy, and sound received. The perforated floor tile allows additional ventilation and drainage. The roof deck is a cistern harvesting rainwater for the planter below.
