Shelter located in Boone, NC with a 12' x 8' footprint. Areas broken into two main sections: one 8' x 8' inside for study/sleep, one smaller outside 'patio' area (8' x 4') for reading/relaxing outside in the cool mountain air. Inside also has several storage solutions in case needed. Sustainable elements include radiant flooring, bamboo composite siding, and high R-value windows.
