A getaway with a panoramic view of Outer Cove, a scenic inlet on the Avalon Peninsula near the most easterly point in North America. The perch gently opens the surrounding rugged, pine-covered slope and the pine trees tilt outward to form a cozy shelter. Inside, inspiration is drawn from the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean as you reach back to the past with the massive library in the rear.
