This shelter provides a place of respite, contemplation and solitude for weary climbers. Two steel structural leaves emerge from the bedrock and lightly embrace a transparent pebble that enables unsurpassed views of the mountains and lakes. The glass facets not only allow glimpses through the shelter of the valleys and ridges beyond, but provide physical reflections and snapshots of the surrounding rocks and vegetation
