Designed to sit aside a scenic cycleway, this shelter utilizes materials experienced during a cyclist's travels, including volcanic rock aggregate and disused railway sleepers. Its amenities include: an entrance bay to secure one's bike; a concrete counter to take in lunch and the view; and a hearth to warm up from the road. A snug bed is secured against the chimney. The tilting door lifts open to the out-stretched landscape.
