Works & Process at the Guggenheim celebrates 30 years of performing-arts commissions, breathtaking performances, and insightful discussions, often prior to U.S. and world premieres. For the last three decades, New Yorkers have been able to see, hear, and meet acclaimed artists in an intimate setting unlike any other. This performing-arts series explores artistic creation through stimulating conversation and performance in the Guggenheim’s Frank Lloyd Wright–designed, 285-seat Peter B. Lewis Theater. Each season Works & Process commissions and champions new works and offers unprecedented access to some of the world’s leading creators and performers. After most performances, you are invited to continue the conversation with the artists at a reception.
