We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and articulate high school students to volunteer on weekends. Guggenheim Teen Volunteers assist adult staff and volunteers in our weekend Family Programs. Assignments include being a liaison for families in the lobby at our Family Programs Kiosk and facilitating gallery activities in our Just Drop In programs.
Being a Teen Volunteer is great for fulfilling community service requirements, resume-building, and college applications. Please send a statement of interest to familyprograms@guggenheim.org, and write: "Weekend Volunteer" in the subject line.

Once a season, the Guggenheim invites teens to spend an evening exploring the exhibitions on view and enjoying music and refreshments. The most recent Teen Night was held in conjunction with Rineke Dijkstra: A Retrospective, and invited teens to meet artist Rineke Dijkstra, her subject Almerisa, and exhibition curator Jennifer Blessing.
Watch this space for more info on next season’s Teen Night.
Teen Night is FREE but registration and RSVP are required. A current high-school ID badge is required to attend. Cosponsored by the Museum Teen Summit, NYC.
