Employment Opportunities

Please download the application (PDF) and submit a complete application (all fields are required) via mail to the address listed on the form. Following an initial review of the applicants, a small group will be selected for either an in-person or telephone interview.

To apply for one of our internships, please follow the checklist of materials below. All elements of the application (apart from your letters of recommendation) should be submitted in duplicate. Please note: we do not require transcripts.

 

  • Cover letter
  • Guggenheim application form
  • Resume/curriculum vitae
  • Writing sample (3–5 pages only)
  • 2 references/letters of recommendation (academic or employment)
  • List of relevant coursework/modules undertaken

 

Please be aware we do not notify applicants of receiving these materials. We will only contact those who fail to provide all of the materials listed above. Please remember we have a limited number of internship spaces and a high volume of applicants. Therefore, all of the above materials must be provided and any incomplete applications will not be considered.

All materials must be received within the following application deadlines. We do not accept applications after the deadlines stated below. All applications sent by post must be postmarked before or on these deadlines.

Spring: semester runs January–April (application deadline: November 1)
Summer: semester runs May/June–August (application deadline: January 18)
Fall: semester runs September–December (application deadline: May 1)
Academic Year: semester runs September–April (application deadline: May 1)

Final notification to all applicants will be mailed approximately 10 weeks after the deadline date.
