Museum Mile Festival

Tuesday, June 11, 2013, 6–9 pm

The Guggenheim participates in the 35th annual Museum Mile festival. Festival attendees can walk between 82nd Street and 110th Street and visit ten of New York City’s finest cultural institutions, which are open free to the public throughout the evening. This is the first year that the Museum for African Art, located on 110th Street, will take part in the festival. Exhibitions on view at the Guggenheim include Highlights from the Collection, A Long-Awaited Tribute: Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian House and Pavilion, the Thannhauser Collection, and A Year with Children 2013.

Outdoor family activities at the Guggenheim include chalk drawing. All ages welcome.

For more information, visit, follow the festival on Twitter, like it on Facebook, and check in on Foursquare.
