Project Manager, Employee Benefits Open Enrollment

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking a Project Manager, Employee Benefits Open Enrollment for the Human Resources Department. This temporary, full-time position is responsible for managing all aspects of the annual employee benefits open enrollment process. During the duration of the assignment the Project Manager will serve as an important resource for Guggenheim employees, as well as the main contact for the Guggenheim’s benefit plan consultants and benefit plan providers.

Project Archives Assistant

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation seeks a Project Archives Assistant as part of a Project Team that will be responsible for the arrangement and description of four key audiovisual collections in the Archives: the Audiovisual Recordings collection, Performances and Public Programs recordings, Works & Process at the Guggenheim records, and Ultan Guilfoyle records. The Project Archives Assistant position is supported by a grant received by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and is a 12-month term, 2 day per week schedule.

Project Archivist

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation seeks a Project Archivist that will be an integral part of a project team responsible for arrangement and description of four key audiovisual collections in the Archives: the Audiovisual Recordings collection, Performances and Public Programs recordings, Works & Process at the Guggenheim records, and Ultan Guilfoyle records. Project Archivist will also play an integral role in an institution-wide audiovisual recording survey and select digitization. The Project Archivist is an 18-month position supported by a grant received by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).

TEMPORARY TECHNICIAN, MEDIA ARTS

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking a part-time technician who specializes in the installation of artworks that employ video, audio, film, computers and all other types of electronic media. This position will require concentrated periods of work during exhibition changeovers and intermittent temporary work during exhibitions. This position will report to the Head of Media Arts.

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates. The Seasonal Sales Associate position is responsible for providing all guests of the Museum Store with exceptional customer service, while adhering to policies and procedures in order to maximize sales and ensure quality experiences for visitors. Full-time employees are needed for this position who can work through the holiday season.
