Administrative Coordinator, Curatorial
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking an Administrative Coordinator, Curatorial. As a member of the Curatorial Department, the Administrative Coordinator, Curatorial is responsible for providing support to the Deputy Director and Chief Curator and the Curatorial Department.
Assistant Chief Engineer
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Assistant Chief Engineer is a member of a team responsible for ensuring that all building facilities and systems (e.g., heating and air conditioning, lighting, electricity, plumbing, and general building maintenance) required for the operation of the museum buildings are in good working order and running properly to maintain museum conditions. This is achieved through constant monitoring and inspection of all building systems (building engineers are on watch around the clock). The Assistant Chief Engineer will also perform an important quality assurance function.
Associate Director, Benefits and Employee Development
This full-time position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Guggenheim’s employee benefits programs, including the annual open enrollment process for each benefit plan. The Associate Director will serve as an important resource for employees with benefit questions, and he/she will also assume the role of primary Guggenheim contact for benefit plan consultants and benefit providers. In addition, the Associate Director will initiate, organize and implement a variety of learning and development programs for Guggenheim staff, with an emphasis on management training.
Associate, Corporate Development
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking an Associate, Corporate Development. As a member of the Corporate Development department, the Associate reports to the Director of Corporate Development, and also works closely with the Managers of Corporate Development, and departmental interns to help raise funds from corporations for exhibitions, education, conservation, special events, and any/all other areas of activity at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.
Digital Media Associate
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking a Digital Media Associate. As a member of the Publishing and Digital Media Department, the Digital Media Associate will support the day-to-day production of the current Guggenheim app, as well as prepare for future digital initiatives that further the museum’s goals. S/he will assist in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and content entry through to archiving. The job requires follow up with content providers to ensure on time asset delivery. Additionally s/he will oversee the quality and scheduling of content entry work by freelancers. This position will also assist the Manager, Digital Media and Rights with rights management duties.
Digital Media Content Editor
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking a Digital Media Content Editor for the Publishing and Digital Media Department. The Digital Media Content Editor will oversee the Guggenheim Museum’s multimedia content: lead the content development for the museum’s app; edit exhibition materials and general information for the Guggenheim app; work closely with authors and curators to craft and edit audio scripts; create all multimedia text schedules; manage and execute content entry for digital collection materials and assist with collection editing; update content in TMS and proprietary app CMS; assist project editors on exhibition and catalogue-related materials as well as e-books; manage freelance contractors.
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking a Lead Electrician. As a member of the Facilities Department, the Lead Electrician will function as an extension of the Engineering Staff responsible for working with and training the Assistant Electrician while performing a wide variety of dedicated electrical duties.

As a member of the Exhibition Management Department, the Project Management Coordinator, Guggenheim UBS MAP is responsible for general assistance to Associate Director, Exhibition Management in planning and executing project management aspects of MAP Initiative as well as coordinating certain aspects of the project and providing overall support where needed.

Senior Financial Analyst
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation (SRGF) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will report to the Budget Manager and interact regularly with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for improving financial systems, assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, tracking revenue and expenses as compared to the operating budget, preparation of SRGF’s monthly board package and the performance of financial analysis to enhance and refine the business side of operations.
