Join interactive, family-oriented tours highlighting the Guggenheim’s permanent collection and special exhibitions. Tours focus on a different theme each month and include conversation, drawing, and/or readings from related children’s literature.

 Family Tour and Workshop
Join a Guggenheim teaching artist on a thematic tour followed by a hands-on art workshop, and leave the museum with your own exhibition-inspired work of art.

Create an Art Installation
Sat, May 3, 11 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Explore the concept of installation in Cai Guo-Qiang: I Want to Believe and create your own model.

   $30 per family, $20 for members and $15 family members; includes 2 adults and 4 children ($5 each additional participant)
 Spring Family Day
Sun, May 25, 1–4 p.m.
Join us for a fantastic family day celebrating the exhibitions Cai Guo-Qiang: I Want to Believe, and A Year with Children 2008 with artworks by students across the city who participated in the museum’s Learning Through Art program. Explore the exhibitions and engage in conversations, art-making activities, performances, and storytelling.
