An exhibition detailing the vision of the Saadiyat Cultural District opened as part of ongoing plans to raise awareness of the project and highlight the new museums to be built in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, including the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Museum. The Saadiyat Cultural District will also include a square-mile ensemble of three other museums—the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed National Museum, and the Maritime Museum—a five-stage performing arts center, and a park with pavilions and cultural facilities. Created in collaboration with some of the world’s most renowned architects and most prominent art institutions, the Saadiyat Cultural District will foster interaction and encourage people of all backgrounds to embrace a common bond of creativity.
